“Who?” you say. McKenna (Janina Gavankar) was one of Oliver’s love interests before Arrow producers hit the jackpot that is Felicity. She might not even be remembered by Oliver now, but she’s still a face that hasn’t been seen on the show in a while… and is surely more likely than, say, Joanna de la Vega (though Annie Ilonzeh is awesome).
