Starring on Chicago Med, Colin Donnell has had no time to make it back to Arrow in a while… but what if Med had wrapped before Arrow did its finale?

An appearance by Tommy in the flashbacks, again when Oliver comes back “home,” would take that arc full circle as well. The “old gang” of Oliver, Laurel, and Tommy — missing since Season 1 — could finally be seen together again, in a way. Since Colin was unable to return for Episode 100, this would be a very big deal.
