Arrow Episode #2.21 Title & Credits Announced

Thanks (as always!) to Arrow’s Executive Producer Marc Guggenheim on Twitter, we now know the writers, director, and title for the 21st episode of Arrow Season 2!

The episode is called “City Of Blood” and it’s written by Holly Harold, who has always been a favorite around here ever since she introduced us to “Alicia Baker” on Smallville. Michael Schultz is directing.
