Stephen Amell Promises Green Arrow’s Goatee In Season 7

An iconic part of Green Arrow will be coming to the series in Season 7. Stephen Amell himself broke the news this weekend at a panel at the Motor City Comic Con.

“I will let you know that in Season 7, I am going to debut the goatee,” Stephen revealed.

“I can’t promise that I’m going to keep It forever. I can definitely promise that I’m not gonna wear the stupid hat. But we’ve actually been thinking about, assuming that Oliver gets out of prison, if he suits back up as the Green Arrow, what does that costume look like, because there’s no more secret identity. The cat is out of the bag. NOT THAT IT WAS THAT SECRET BEFORE, but we will see,” he continued.

He followed up the goatee news with an intriguing spoiler nugget.

“We will debut the goatee, but we’re also going to meeting a new character, that when I heard about it, I got goosebumps. I am so excited.”

Arrow Season 7 will air on Mondays this Fall on The CW.
