Stephen Amell recently appeared at the Salt Lake Comic Con in Salt Lake City, with a panel moderated by his wife, Cassandra Jean Amell, and among the many things he was asked about was the “rumored” crossover between Arrow and 13-season CW hit Supernatural.

So what’s the scoop?

“I love how me wanting something creates a rumor!” Stephen laughed. “You know what I also want? I also want three day work weeks! Can we start that rumor?”

“Oh, man. Listen: I would love to – without breaking the fourth wall with too much gusto, if I could show up on Supernatural as someone pumping gas in their car or something like that, or just someone that they murder, that would be tremendous,” he continued. “I know that it doesn’t make sense, and I know that it’s not the same universe, but at the same time, it’s TV and it’s supposed to be fun, so maybe one of these days Greg Berlanti will be sitting in a room with the head honcho of Supernatural and just go, ‘eh, why not’?”

So… Greg Berlanti, Robert Singer… the ball is in your court. (This writer has a pitch for you if you want it.)
