Ragman Coming To Arrow Season 5

DC Comics character Ragman is coming to Arrow for the fifth season — and he’s played by a veteran of Blindspot and the great L.A. Complex.

Joe Dinicol has landed the role of the character whose comic book series sported some fantastic Joe Kubert covers back in the day. His alter ego is Rory Regan, and he’s “fresh from a personal tragedy.” Look for him starting in the second episode of Arrow Season 5.
