Hu previously appeared in a multiple episodes throughout the first three seasons of The Vampire Diaries, guest starring as Pearl, a vampire friend of Katherine Pierce (series star Nina Dobrev).

Based upon characters appearing in comic books and graphic novels published by DC Comics, the new TV series Arrow is executive produced by Greg Berlanti, Guggenheim and Kreisberg.
