New Arrow Season 4 Clip: “I Had To Become… The Green Arrow”

A new Arrow promo trailer out of the Philippines is very cool on its own because of the shows that are mashed up within, including The Flash, Heroes Reborn, and Supergirl, but what also makes it special is a short clip at around the 00:57 mark where Oliver talks about having to become the Green Arrow.
