Mr. Terrific & Anarky Are Coming To Arrow Season 4

Two new characters from the DC Universe have been announced for Arrow Season 4.

Mr. Terrific will be on, as many have suspected. Arrow’s take will be slightly different, as their take on the character will be a gay man, giving the show some LGBT representation. He will be a computer genius and friend of Felicity’s.

Batman villain Anarky is another character who is coming on. He first appeared in Detective Comics #608 from Alan Grant and Norm Breyfogle. In the comics, he was introduced as a child prodigy with knowledge of radical philosophy and driven to overthrow governments to improve social conditions, stories revolving around Anarky often focus on political and philosophical themes.
