Is This The “My Name Is Oliver Queen” For Season 3?

The first chapter of the Arrow Season 2.5 digital comic is available today – you can find it here – and it starts with some semi-familiar words: “My name is Oliver Queen…”

There’s a whole monologue, which brings up the question, “could this be how episodes in Season 3 will start?” Or is this just something for the “Season 2.5” cycle?
