Is Something Missing In This Olicity Love Scene?

An eagle-eyed reader noticed something very interesting in the latest Arrow promo trailer….

Look at the two screen captures below. Above, you’ll see Oliver Queen’s back, as we are used to seeing it on Arrow. Below, in an “Olicity” clip from the new trailer, we see no tattoos and no scars.

So, what’s the deal? Dream sequence? A dip in the Lazarus Pit to heal some things up? Expert tattoo removal and plastic surgeons? Clones? Or did someone just forget to apply the extra stuff for filming? Leave your theories in the comments!
