In addition to some talk about an episode of The Flash that will guest star Emily Bett Rickards as Felicity Smoak, this week’s “Ask Ausiello” column at TV Line also has some quotes from Arrow Executive Producer Marc Guggenheim about the possibility of an “all-girls mission” at some point.

“You know, we always talk about that — across all the shows. And it’s totally possible,” Guggenheim told TV Line’s Michael Ausiello. “But truth be told, I wouldn’t want to do it unless we could figure out a way to get Sara (played on Legends of Tomorrow by Caity Lotz) in there as well. One of my favorite episodes was 406, where we had Speedy, Black Canary and Canary all fighting side-by-side-by side together, and that was a blast. Seeing three badass women was really, really awesome. [An all-girls mission] is on our ‘bucket list,’ but I really want to figure out a way to get Sara in there as well.”

So there you have it — certainly on the bucket list! Arrow Season 6 premieres October 12 on The CW. You can read the full TV Line column here.

The person who asked this said this isn’t the answer she was looking for and many others agreed with her. They have four women on Arrow and Sara has not been part of the show for 2+ seasons now. Why can’t he just answer the question with the women on the show who are on the show? Also all this mask business. Every time this question is asked it is responded by talking about the ones who fight and who have masks. Maybe let’s not exclude the characters who have been on this show since basically it got its footing?!?

I like Sara! It would be nice to have Detrctive Lance with both his daughters back!

It’s not the point, I love Sara too but MG implied that’s such episode couldn’t happen without Sara… He seems to forget Lyla Michael for example!
Logically, an all-girl team on #Arrow S6 would consist of Felicity, Thea, Lyla & Dinah… That’s why MG’s answer is not what we were looking for…

This is a superhero show. Whoever is wearing a mask IS the most important thing. But I agree, they keep on talking about loving Katrina Law, so bring her back for the episode. Dinah, Felicity, Nyssa, Thea, and Lyla. You don’t even need Sara in this at all.

None of these matters unless you have a real Black Canary, Dinah Laurel Lance. I don’t see the point putting a fake Canary, fake white Canary who is actually white while she is supposed to be an Asian!

Great idea! “BIRDS OF PREY Pt.2. I’m sure they can find a way to get Sara to come home to help. Perhaps all the males have been put into a coma or frozen and females are unaffected. Who ya gonna call? “THE BIRDS of PREY”. Black Canary (Dinah Drake), White Canary (she can finally put on the official White Canary mask!) Speedy, a reformed Huntress, a reformed Black Siren (E-2 Laurel Lance) and if no female Flash is available – GYPSY! What a team!!!

This is a joke of an answer. The last time Sara was on Arrow and teaming up with Laurel, she was pushed to the very back of the episode. While Felicity got all the focus.

One reason why I hated that 4×06 episode.

They already tried that with Thea, Laurel and Sara and it was pretty lame to me. Laurel couldn’t even punch right in that one obvious scene. It was just all around useless scene.

What a weird thing to say. You don’t need Sara just to make an all female team up happen. You have Felicity, Dinah, Thea, Lyla and Black Siren as the villain who gets in their way/messes stuff up. Simple. Marc says some bizarre things sometimes. Use the women on ARROW. Sara is no longer on the show.

The team up in s4 was awesome. Ppl getting annoyed about Sara need to remember she’s Marc’s OC. He wants her in any place he can fit her.
