Emily Bett Rickards has a new LGBTQ dramedy film called Funny Story that is now in theaters and VOD (Video-on-Demand), and to promote it, she participated in a really nice interview at Collider.com where she talked about it. Additionally, of course, Felicity Smoak came up, and the actress was asked if we’ll be seeing her coming back to Arrow at some time. (Emily and Felicity left the series at the end of Season 7.)

“I feel like Felicity has done her time,” Emily said. “I don’t know if anybody is going to like what I’m saying, but I feel like Felicity has done her time. We knew this was coming for awhile – for over a year – so the whole thing is exactly what we wanted to happen. I trust the writers, and that’s in their hands.”

You can read the interview here. And Emily? We, too, would like to see you on Schitt’s Creek.
