Count On The Return Of A Popular Villain

DC Entertainment’s “DC All Access” has an Arrow casting scoop for its inaugural web series and TV Guide Magazine’s Rich Sands has posted the scoop: Seth Gabel, who recently landed a role in the WGN America pilot Salem, will be returning to Arrow as The Count! “He is coming back and he is bringing a whole lotta chaos with him,” Arrow Executive Producer Marc Guggenheim says.
