Byron Mann (Yao Fei) Returning For Arrow’s Final Season

One of the first people that Oliver Queen encountered on Lian Yu is coming back for Arrow’s final season.

An article about actor Byron Mann posted on Deadline mentions in passing that the actor will be back as Yao Fei in Season 8.

We’re not sure when he will be appearing, or if his episode(s) have already been filmed, but there you go.

Mann first appeared on Arrow in the third episode “Lone Gunmen” which also introduced Deadshot and some other major and popular Arrow character whose name we are forgetting. (Kidding. It was Felicity. Don’t send hate mail!) He was last seen on the show in Season 5, Episode 22 “Missing.”

Mann is the latest in a string of returning favorites to appear in Arrow Season 8 – a list that includes Colin Donnell, John Barrowman, Josh Segarra, Rila Fukushima, Susanna Thompson, and more. The new season premieres October 15 on The CW.
