All rights reserved.BroadwayWorld.com just posted an in-depth profile of actor Victor Garber who has played Professor Martin Stein in multiple episodes of The Flash and will be seen in the Arrow/Flash spinoff, which doesn’t have a title yet but may possibly be called Legends of Tomorrow.

In addition to saying complimentary things about working with Robbie Amell (his other half of Firestorm), Garber dropped a few tidbits:

FLA114B_0129bc– Garber mentions that Martin Stein is half-superhero, so we’re taking that to mean that if Robbie isn’t in the spin-off, there will be a different “other half.” “The character I play is half of Firestorm, so conjoined – together – they are Firestorm. It’s been very wild and fun for me to do it,” he said.

– What is the cast like? “I really honestly can’t tell you much about it except it is completely new and it will involve a lot of interesting people,” he said.

– Garber says they “haven’t filmed any of it yet” – at least, at the time this interview was done. Some spy photos up in Canada looked like the cast was assembled, though.

– It also sounds like the rumors that there could be something spinoff-related at the CW’s Upfronts on May 14 could be true. “I believe they are going to do something for it in May at the upfronts,” Garber says in the interview.

Now, of course, things could change, but it’s a good hint to know at least what an actor is expecting.
