Arrow Season 7: Where’s Thea?

The Comic-Con issue of TV Guide Magazine is now available at newsstands and you can also pick one up at the Comic-Con International in San Diego this week. The magazine features in-depth articles about all of the DC TV series, including, of course, Arrow.

One thing that is asked of new showrunner Beth Schwartz is how Roy Harper (Colton Haynes, coming back as a series regular for Season 7) is returning without Thea…. and in the story, Beth promises that viewers will learn “early on” why Thea isn’t with him.

Schwartz also promises that Roy, described as “the former hero Arsenal,” will be seen “being a hero in a different sort of way” — and also on the subject of promises, Beth promises “there’s not going to be a divide” between Original Team Arrow and New Team Arrow. Thank goodness!

Arrow Season 7 premieres October 15 on The CW.
