Arrow: Screen Captures From A “Guilty” Preview Clip

The actual video clip doesn’t seem to have made its way online yet, but thanks to Mr. Video, we have screen captures from a preview clip from Wednesday’s new episode of Arrow, which is called “Guilty.”

In the clip, Felicity guides the Arrow on his pursuit of somebody named “Ortega” – but when he finds him, it appears that Ortega is just hanging around… and there’s someone else at the scene who looks to be guilty.
