Arrow “Public Enemy” Promo Trailer: Welcome Back, Donna Smoak!

Charlotte Ross is back as Felicity’s mom in the April 1 episode of Arrow… and a trailer for the episode aired tonight after “Suicidal Tendencies” was over!

The episode is called “Public Enemy” and a trailer can be seen below. Sadly, there’s not a lot of her in the trailer, but as long as we know she’s in the episode, right?
