Arrow: Doug Jones Cast As Deathbolt; Episode #3.19 Title Revealed

Actor Doug Jones (Falling Skies, Fantastic Four: Rise Of The Silver Surfer) has been cast on Arrow in the role of “Deathbolt” for the 19th episode of Season 3, which is called “Broken Arrow.”

The title and casting detail were revealed by IGN this morning.

Jake Simmons aka Deathbolt was introduced to the comics in All-Star Squadron #21 in 1983. IGN’s report says that Arrow’s version “will be a metahuman with the ability to harness and weaponize plasma energy.”

Metahuman? On Arrow? Hm…
