Best Guest Star With 1 or 2 Episodes: Josh Segarra

The only bad thing about Josh Segarra‘s brief return in “Fundamentals” is that he was a reminder that no other villains, no matter how great, will have the same presence and menace that he did. Even with that short appearance, Josh logged 45% of the Best Guest Star with 1 or 2 Episodes vote.

Coming in second place was another favorite from Arrow’s past: Colin Donnell, who returned as Earth-X Tommy on “Crisis on Earth-X, Part 2” and as Tommy impersonated by Christopher Chance in “Docket No. 11-19-41-73.”
