Best Villain: Malcolm Merlyn

Upset! Even though Ra’s al Ghul was the “Big Bad” of Season 3, it was still the manipulative Malcolm that took the top spot for Best Villain of Arrow Season 3. Sometimes, Malcolm seemed to do some good; but let’s just also remember how he got his own daughter to kill Sara, before we go letting him adopt a puppy or something. Malcolm had 26% of the vote.

Ra’s, as played by Matt Nable, did some in second place with 20% of the vote. Third place for Best Villain was Al Sah-Him, the man who renounced his other name as Oliver Queen. He had 16%.
