Arrow Spoiler: Details About A New Season 4 Recurring Character

Today at TVLine.com, Matt Mitovich has some details about a character who will make his first appearance in the second episode of Arrow Season 4.

No names or anything like that, but the new character – who is said to be “heavily recurring” – is “a twentysomething African American male who is a technological savant on par with Ms. Smoak.”

Hearing about tech/computer people makes us want to see Oliver’s original New 52 tech buddy, Naomi, at some point on the show… in any event, hopefully more information about this new character will be known soon.
