Arrow “City of Blood” Ratings Are In!

So how did Arrow’s “City of Blood” do?

The earliest numbers have “City of Blood” at 2.25 million viewers and an 0.8/2 in the target 18-49 demo. Things could go up more later today, and of course, with DVR factored in as well.
