A Dark Knight Actor Will Recur On Arrow

Chin Han, whose movie credits include The Dark Knight, has signed on for a recurring Arrow role.

Deadline broke the news tonight, and this is how they describe his character:

“He will play Frank Chen, a successful businessman and old friend of the Queen family. He has ties to The Undertaking, a mysterious group led by Malcolm Merlyn (guest star John Barrowman) that is up to no good in the Arrow’s home town of Starling City.”
