Arrow is the first thing you see in a demonstration of The CW’s new “TV Now” campaign that was announced on THR yesterday.
The lead-off features Stephen Amell in his full not-yet-known-as-Green Arrow get-up, complete with the painted on mask. Some people have suggested that this is the first time we’re seeing it; but we’ve actually seen it before — in screen captures as well as the new gallery images released a few weeks ago.

Yes we saw the “domino mask” quite a few weeks before this. I have to say i didnt notice it in the video trailer but did in screencaps and promo pictures.
