For the person who questions Oliver’s decisions: It’s either Diggle, Felicity or Sara, but if I had to guess Sara would be my least likely guess as it’s too obvious for it to be her and Felcity is a key player in Oliver’s arrow team and this could’ve something to do with Olicity (but it maybe doesn’t).

I was actually thinking of the only member of Team Arrow you didn’t mention, Roy. I have a feeling he’s gonna start to question Oliver and disagree with him a lot before going crazy (like Slade did on the island) and joining Slade’s side.

I think it’s felicity since she’s a key player. Roy isn’t a key player yet. Plus, they showed both felicity and roy when slade was having his monologue about how he’ll destroy oliver. But since roy is not a key player yet…

Personally I can see it being any of the people in Olivers team, with my reasoning being that now he is in such a scramble to get Slade, he will go to any lengths to get him, which will mess with his moral compass, and he will do things that that he would not normally do. This could could cause Diggle or Felicity to go.
