You can’t have a (someday) Green Arrow without his (someday) Black Canary, and Katie Cassidy is an actress that has had quite a following over the years. It is no surprise that Cassidy, who plays Laurel Lance, was picked Best Season 1 Actor (Female) for 
Arrow Season 1 with 43% of the vote.
Susanna Thompson and Willa Holland both were so close to one another for second place that we’re not even telling you how it goes. As for the “where is Emily Bett Rickards?” She wasn’t a series regular in Season 1… something Arrow Season 2 will take care of.
