Speaking at the recent Salt Lake Comic Con, Stephen Amell was quite enthusiastic about this year’s DC TV crossover which was recently confirmed as “Crisis on Earth X.” Even better, unlike the early crossovers where it just seemed like Green Arrow would be appearing over on The Flash and vice versa, the four parts feel like a cohesive feature, not just a situation where The Flash appears on Supergirl or something along those lines.

“This year is just a four-hour movie,” Amell enthused. “[Supergirl] is just the first hour of the crossover. When I read the crossover scripts this year, I felt compelled to e-mail the original team of Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg, and Marc Guggenheim, and the e-mail just said ‘guys, thank you very much for this opportunity, because this is going to be really, really cool’.”

The four-show crossover airs Monday, November 27 and Tuesday, November 28 on The CW, with Arrow taking a special “Monday at 9PM after Supergirl” time slot for the event. You can read more about the crossover here.
