The CW has released thirteen images from the February 20 episode of Arrow, which is called “Dodger” and features the first appearance of Teen Wolf’s Colton Haynes as Roy Harper.
These new pics also feature the return of Kelly Hu as China White, some Emily Bett Rickards as Felicity Smoak, James Callis as the episode’s villain The Dodger, David Ramsey as Diggle, Willa Holland as Thea, Stephen Amell (of course!), Janina Gavankar as McKenna, and Susanna Thompson’s Moira having a meeting I’m not sure the Arrow would approve of.

China White’s wig has improved since her first appearance. Hopefully she gets some more action with Ollie!
It’s definitely an exciting-looking episode! It’s nice to see Felicity without her geeky glasses and tied back hair, and Roy Harper should be exciting! An I agree with Kyle; I really hated the fringe, last time it just looked fake. Should be an exciting episode!
