You just got April Fooled!
Sadly at this time there are no plans for Justin Hartley to do a cameo in Arrow.
There IS a Green Arrow series possibly coming for The CW, which you can read about more on this site. And it is also true that Hartley has been in Vancouver filming a pilot called First Cut. But as far as a Hartley cameo in Arrow… we’ve heard nothing.
